Vanaf vandaag kan iedereen die werkt op de Binckhorst met een elektrische deelfiets het gebied in. De e-bikes worden draadloos opgeladen door middel van de slimme laadtegels van de Delftse startup Tiler. De eerste parkeerplaats is te vinden bij Hotel Savarin in Rijswijk. Hier kan men de auto parkeren en met de elektrische fiets binnen 8 minuten naar de Binckhorst. In deze proef wordt getest of dit het autoverkeer en de parkeerdruk in het gebied vermindert.
