About Tiler

TILER is a young and ambitious company in the e-bike charging space, built on an academic project by the TU Delft, introducing wireless charging for e-bikes. Our first product is a tile that charges an e-bike via the bicycle kickstand, enabling wireless induction charging. This patented innovation provides numerous benefits, including the elimination of tangled charging cables, a robust design, easy installation, the absence of unsightly and expensive charging poles in urban areas, and the availability of a charged e-bike always.

Context & Market

Sharing fleets are a rapidly growing market where user groups such as hotels, healthcare organizations, cities, and delivery services rely on light electric vehicles. One major challenge they face is maintaining a charged and ready fleet. Current charging solutions such as bulky charging stations, battery swapping, or wired adapters are not viable. TILER offers a seamless, smart, and universal solution—Park Charge and Go. While currently TILER can charge e-bikes via the charging tile, our future vision includes developing a single tile that can charge all light electric vehicles, including e-cargo bikes, scooters, and mopeds.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager at TILER, your primary responsibility will be to sell the TILER solution to bike rentals and corporate customers, including hotels, car dealerships, park-and-ride hubs, and corporations. You will work directly with the sales, marketing and validation team to drive business growth and establish TILER as a leading provider of wireless charging solutions in the micro-mobility space.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of sales and marketing experience
• Experience in the micro-mobility, hospitality, rental or hardware (charging) industry is desirable
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required, German language proficiency is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
• Work with customer validation team to optimize customer propositions
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
